What's included in the epoxy floor coating price?+
The $649 starting price for a 2-car garage (up to 400 sq ft) includes complete surface preparation, degreasing, crack filling, and coating application in your choice of solid color. Decorative flake and metallic finishes are available. Premium coating options (like Polycuramine by Rust-Oleum) and significant concrete crack repair are additional. Rick itemizes everything in your quote so there are no surprises
Do you require payment upfront or after the job?+
Payment is due upon completion of the job, after you've walked the results with Rick and confirmed you're satisfied. We accept cash (with the 5% discount), checks, and major credit/debit cards. No deposit required for residential jobs
Is pet odor removal included in carpet cleaning?+
Pet odor removal is a separate service with its own pricing because it requires specialized enzyme treatments that go beyond standard hot water extraction cleaning. The enzyme treatment penetrates through carpet and padding to eliminate urine odors at the molecular level — it's a different process and different products. Rick will quote both services separately so you know exactly what each costs
Do you charge more for heavily soiled carpet?+
Extremely heavily soiled carpet may require additional pretreatment or multiple passes, which can affect pricing. Rick will identify this during his initial assessment and include it in your quote before starting — you'll never be surprised by an upcharge after the work has begun. Standard pretreatment for normal soil and spills is always included in the base price
Can I combine discounts?+
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. You can use one discount per service — military (10%), senior citizen (5%), or cash payment (5%). Choose whichever saves you the most on your particular job
Do you charge a trip fee or service call fee?+
No. There is no trip fee, service call fee, or travel surcharge — regardless of which city in our service area you're located in. The quote we give you is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at the end of the job
